Brooklyn Market Snapshot | Q2 2025
Brooklyn’s market held firm in Q2 2025, with 2,468 homes sold, a 4.7% increase from the prior quarter and a 2.1% gain YOY. Townhouses continued to drive the bulk of activity, with luxury sales in the $2–3M and $3M+ ranges surging more than 30% compared to last year.
Co-ops showed surprising strength, posting a 12.5% jump in sales and sharp price gains despite fewer listings, while condos softened slightly but held steady at accessible price points around $500K–$1M. Inventory rose modestly, up 3.6% YOY, though new listings slowed as many owners continue to hold onto low mortgage rates.
